The following safety instructions are to be followed at all times when working in the XR-Lab!

General

• Safety instructions by the Staff is to be followed.
• Working in the XR-Lab is only permitted after signing the User Regulations and after a proper introduction by the Staff.
• Each station must stay within their designated “Play Area”. If you require additional space, this must be arranged with the other lab users.
• Working alone in the lab is not permitted.
• No food at the workstations. No open drink containers on the desks!!!

When leaving the XR-Lab

• Make sure your project is properly saved according to the Saving Projects template.
• Leave your workstation tidy. All trash should be thrown away. The VR headset should be on its stand, the headphones should be on their hook, etc.
• Return any other materials to Staff, such as tablets, cables, adapters, etc.
• If you are the last person in the lab, turn off all computers and make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked.
