First and foremost:

It is your responsibility to make sure you have backups of your work!! Please keep backups of all of your works in progress!

Student may save their projects on the computers in the XR-Lab. This will allow certain high-performance programs, like Unity, to run smoother.

All semester projects may be saved in the C: Drive. After 1 semester, projects will be moved to a hard drive. After 1 year, projects will be deleted.

Please follow these instructions when saving your projects:

1. Open the Desktop folder named “Student Projects”
2. Open the folder of the current semester, e.g. “Summer 2023, Winter 2024”
3. Create a new folder
4. Label the folder “Last Name, First Name”
5. This is your personal folder in which you can create sub folders and save all of your work
