Our rental system is currently under construction and our inventory is continuously growing. If there is something that you need and don’t see here, please inform the staff and we will see if it is possible for us to source it somehow.

General Information

• Before using the lab and/or renting equipment, you must sign a user agreement. See Staff
• Items may be rented on a two-week basis in order to allow all students an opportunity to use the equipment. You may extend your rental another week only if no one else is on a waitlist for that item. Please email Staff at least 2 days before your rental is due to request an extension.
• XR equipment is expensive! It is encouraged that you have Haftpflichtversicherung before you take something home. You are responsible for any damage or missing parts.
• Some equipment can only be rented for end of semester exhibitions or masters projects. Due to limited availability, there is no guarantee that equipment will be available for rent.

Please charge all headsets before returning them to rental.

DO NOT throw away rechargeable batteries!!
